Top 5 Foods That Makes You Live Longer

Human beings have always tried to find ways to live longer. Many have succeeded, especially Asian people, coming to or close to the age of 100. But what is the secret behind such age? Many rumours behind these Top 5 foods that I will show here. Why not try them out more and see how it affects your life? Are the theories right or wrong?

1) Red Wine. People have long said red wine makes you live longer (usually while excusing themselves for drinking too much red wine). Not that it's going to change our copious red wine consumption, but the supposed fountain of youth may be no such thing.

2) Garlic. The potential effects of garlic on longevity are basically impossible to prove in humans. But given the beneficial effects on important risk factors like blood pressure, it makes sense that garlic could help you live longer.

3) Green Tea. Green tea may help you live longer, yes. Ofcourse, we all have to die eventually, but given that green tea drinkers are at a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, it makes sense that it could help you live longer.

4) Fish. Eating fish can do more than extend your life; it can improve the quality of that life, too. According to a 2013 study, the "good fat" in fish like salmon, sardines and tuna can help lower your risk of dying.

5) Avocado. Avocados are more than just a trendy toast topper and guacamole ingredient; they're packed with monounsaturated fats that can help reduce heart disease and help you live longer. Bonus: the healthy fats in avocados always keep you full.

Bongcheon Dong Ghost

Bongcheon-Dong Ghost is a short, South Korean horror webtoon (a type of digital comic) created by Horang August 23rd 2011. In July 2011, artist Horang published the short webtoon " Ok-su Station Ghost " on Naver Webtoon (a webtoon portal). This webtoon included 3D-like effects, including in a scene in which a ghost´s hand appears to jump out of the screen as if to grab the viewer.
