"When Subaru Natsuki leaves the convenience store, the last thing he expects is to be wrenched from his everyday life and dropped into a fantasy world. Things are not looking good for the bewildered teenager; however, not long after his arrival, he is attacked by some thugs. Armed with only a bag of groceries and a now useless cell phone, he is quickly beaten to a pulp. The description for the Drama & Dark fantasy light novel, manga and anime series Re:Zero (in Japanese, Re：ゼロ). The light novels and manga were created by Tappei Nagatsuki
year 2014. On April 4th 2016 was an anime adaption released, a
25-episode-long anime that continued from spring to September 19th 2016.
Re:Zero adapts the first 9 volumes of Tappei Nagatsuki’s light novel
series of the same title. Today, I would like to talk a little about one
of the main characters, whose name is Emilia (I feel so special right now, since my name is also Emilia, haha).
Appearance-wise,
Emilia is a beautiful Half Elf with long silver hair and purple blue
eyes. She wears a white and purple outfit along with a white flower in
her hair. Throughout the series, she has styled her hair in a variety of
ways. When Emilia still lived in Elior Forest and was younger, she had a
different set of clothes, with the same color pattern. She had a light
green ribbon instead of her necklace, a different flower in her hair,
and a hairband in her hair. Her height is 164 cm. The age of Emilia is a
little more complicated though... her physical age is 18-19, her actual
age is 107-108 and her emotional age is 14-15.
Personality-wise, Emilia is good natured and likes to take care of others, though Emilia herself refuses to admit it, instead thinking of it as her own selfishness. She is indifferent to her own appearance, leaving Pack (an Artificial Spirit that Emilia was formerly contracted with) to take care of her clothes and hair. Because her appearance is similar to the Witch of Envy (Satella), she has received unfair discrimination from others. She sometimes acts like a child and is unacquainted with the world, as she used to live in the woods with other Elves, though despite this she still works hard to become a queen.

I do not remember much of the anime [because of my gold-fish memory] but I really like the whole idea of it! It is a real good anime that I recommend for those that likes fantasy-themed worlds and styles of stories. It also has dark tones to it though, not like a scary thriller though, but some mild killing over and over is there. And I LOVED the ending, it was exactly what I hoped for. Nevertheless, a great anime to add to your list of animes to watch!
About Emilia... I love her. Not only because her name is Emilia, or that we have the same favourite colour (purple), or that we both have green pendant necklaces, I promise, hehe. She is extremely beautiful, I am quite envious of her appearance, and I adore elves. So, all of these things makes her even more gorgeous in my eyes. But she is not all appearance; I like her nice and selfless personality as well ofcourse.
She is a stunning amethyst to me.
